To develop a virtual Internet Marketing Master Mind Team with the core members geographically dispersed from different areas of the world. Each team member may be involved with different product companies and the team members help by cross selling each other’s products. There is no financial commitment to join the team and you could exit at any time. Each team member is an independent who should have his own business and marketing plan to support his business (I do). The Team would work out the team strategies for working together. The idea is to be able to have sounding boards to help each other and cross market each others business. Each team member would have their own internet marketing product lines and the other team members may or may not join a member’s product line, because it interest them or to simply provide support to be able to assist in bring on downlines under the supported team member. Our Approach:
Once a team is formed and has been basically established with training and tools, say Bill’s Team, then each team member repeats the team building exercise by building their own Master Mind Team. It is suggested that the initial team building time will be about 2 months. The Master Mind Team size depends on the Team Leader’s capability to handle, train and communicate with their team members. An optimum team size is likely 6 to 10 persons.
The business objective of each team member is to have several prime product lines that they are building their primary downlines to develop passive income streams from. In addition to their prime product lines, they would also have the option of being downlines for any of their fellow team members depending on their own business objectives.
Team Leader’s Role:
A team leader has a number of roles and a major is to be accepted by the Master Mind Team as the leader of a group of equals.
The team leader will establish channels of communications so that team members can periodically come together in virtual meetings via telecom or video conferencing depending on cost involved. The use of any communications mode that carries cost must be supported by the Team, which means there should be prior approval of all team members to share any costs involved in effectively communicating.
The Team Leader is responsible to ensure all team members have access to similar training and tool sets required to be successful in their businesses. There are others out there and each team member is free to use which ever support tool set they desire.
Once the Team has matured as a Team, then the Team leader must be prepared to assist the other team members to establish their own teams in order to spread the Master Mind concept of internet marketing.
